This event offers a classic car display, craft and produce market, food and wine tasting and entertainment.
Visitors can expect to see a huge display of classic Australian built cars from Ford, Holden, Chrysler, Leyland and other smaller manufacturers at this free day out which offers something for everyone.

Visitors can stroll through a large top-quality craft and produce market, of over one hundred stalls, view public interest displays, dine on a wide variety of good country cuisine and be entertained by the day long variety show on the outdoor amphitheatre stage complete with prizes and give-aways.

Floral extravaganzas can be seen in all regions at different times throughout the season. Wildflowers are abundant and can be explored independently, or as part of an organised itinerary.

The Avon Descent is Western Australia’s own unique sporting event that attracts competitors and spectators from throughout Australia and overseas. Competitors challenge the Avon and Swan rivers in a variety of paddle and power craft in an exciting two-day time trial over 134 gruelling kilometres. The action packed white water race is a great event for spectators.

Low water levels for the 2010 event resulted in an exhausting race for competitors, but great fun for spectators. The 2011 race is sure to have competitors keen to come back to conquer the Avon and Swan Rivers.

An eight day international off-road endurance race starting in Australia's North West (Kununurra) and travelling south to finish in Perth.

The Australasian Safari is an off-road endurance rally that tests skill and courage throughout rugged outback Western Australia.The event includes over 4,000 competitive kilometres and attracts over 100 national and international competitors in four wheel drives, motorbikes and quads.

Considered the Paris to Dakar of the Asia Pacific region, the event is renowned as one of the toughest and most challenging motoring events in the world.

Off-road motoring enthusiasts (motorbikes only) can participate in the non-competitive category, Adventure Tour, to experience the event and explore Western Australia.

Spring in the Valley is a festival of community spirit, wine, food, beer, art and music at the Swan Valley's many attractions, breweries and wineries.

Each year in October the Swan Valley celebrates the people and produce of the region with its annual Spring in the Valley Festival; a festival of community spirit, wine, food, art and music. The 2011 events will highlight the fine wine, food and artistic character of the Valley. Over 50 participating Swan Valley venues will feature in the program, and many of the events are free.

Almost 4,000 motorcycle enthusiasts and their families gathered in Northam for a weekend packed full of supermotard action, freestyle motocross, road racing, trials and stunts for the Country Realty Northam Motorcycle Festival.

The festival got off to a great start on Saturday morning at Bernard Park, with live music and the big breakfast cook-up before the bridge to bridge street parade which welcomed bikes of all sorts and turned a few heads on the streets of Northam.

The Channel Seven Mandurah Crab Fest is two fantastic days of celebration around Mandurah wonderful waterways, taking place 12 and 13 of March 2011.

This years event is set to be the biggest and best ever with a host of new features to make this an even more fantastic family event.
