Head to Australia's South West to watch the world's top surfers take on the awesome waves of Margaret River's main break.

Quit Forest Rally is the Western Australia round of the Australian Rally Championship. It attracts Australia's best rally drivers for a weekend of fast and challenging competition. The rally also has a category for motorbikes.

The rally is hosted in the picturesque seaside town of Busselton and the historic township of Nannup.

Spectators are able to get up close to the action at Barnard Park on Friday evening and then again around Nannup over the weekend. The main street of Nannup is turned into a rally Service Park over the weekend giving everybody a chance to get to see the cars being worked on, talk to the crews and enjoy the local cafes.

This is the first race of the Half Ironman qualifying series for Ironman Western Australia and is the Western Australian State Long Course Championships.

The Albany Classic is a great way to enjoy motorsport at its finest, whilst soaking up the fun loving atmosphere Albany has to offer. There is great entertainment on offer for the kids including face painting, bouncy castles, food stalls and live entertainment. But for those rev heads that can't go past a great engine, the Albany Classic has vintage and new car displays, that's sure to entice everyone from car lovers to passerbys. There's also a chance for motorcar lovers to race their pride and joy around the streets of Albany.

The Albany Classic takes place over the long weekend in June from June 5 to 7. Everyone is invited to relax, soak up the atmosphere and have a great time amongst one of man-mades most fascinating inventions.

Floral extravaganzas can be seen in all regions at different times throughout the season. Wildflowers are abundant and can be explored independently, or as part of an organised itinerary.

More than 1,500 Australian and international triathletes will tackle the gruelling yet fast course consisting of a 3.8km swim, 180km bike and 42.2km marathon.

Over 5000 spectators will witness the evnt, which offers 40 qualifying spots for the pinnacle event, Ironman Hawaii.

The Manjimup Cherry Harmony Festival is an annual celebration of the wonderful community that exist in and around the town of Manjimup, in the South-West region of Western Australia. There are several small activities and fundraising occasions spread out over the calender year that build up to a huge two day festival, timed to coincide with the annual cherry harvest during the first few days of summer.

The Art Trail is an initiative of ArtsouthWA Inc., an organisation formed to promote and market fine art and craft created by artists living and working in the Great Southern region of Western Australia, and to assist art and craft practitioners, organisations and galleries with professional and skills development. To this end ArtsouthWA conducts projects including this Trail, workshops, exhibitions and the management and maintenance of an online database www.artsouthwa.com.au .

The Blues at Bridgetown Festival is an annual blues music event held over three days in the spectacular settings of the Bridgetown townsite, 272kms south-east of Perth. The Blues at Bridgetown Festival has been held annually on the second weekend in
November since 1993.

The program showcases an all-embracing & diverse range of blues music for in excess of 170 hours of music at various venues around the town. A spectacular street party is held all day Saturday which features a variety of entertainment, a fabulous market stall area and a fantastic variety of food stalls.

The premier ocean swim around the iconic Busselton Jetty, in the south west of Western Australia. Since 1996, the Busselton Jetty Swim has grown from a local event to an internationally recognized event attracting in excess of 1000 competitors.

The Be Active Busselton Jetty Swim 2012 event will take place over 2 days with entertainment, activities and family-friendly fun, with the swim taking place on the morning of Sunday 5th February 2012.

The course is a swim of 3.6 km around the Busselton Jetty. Singles and teams of two and four are welcome. Be a part of the atmosphere and enter the best jetty swim in the world.
