Executive Chef Rick Houston is gaining renown for his American-Style, slow-cooked BBQ, with Texas Beef Brisket, Pulled Pork and Smoked Chicken wafting from the beer garden every day. Wash down the BBQ with The Tav's own "Day Tr'IPA" India Pale Ale and you'll be one happy camper.
If meat's not your thing, The Tav offers top quality fresh local fish, oysters shucked-to-order, as well as vegetarian and gluten-free options.

Margaret River Wine Region Festival

It's Festival time in Margaret River, and we are preparing to welcome visitors from Perth, Australia and around the world to our beautiful Margaret River region for the end of Vintage Celebration! There are some great events planned across the region from Busselton to Augusta!
